Prizes
There are two ways to win
Be in for the daily draw each day throughout FULSND Online (9 chances to win!) by posting a video of you sending it online (Instragam or Facebook only) and tagging/mentioning @fulsndliftingcomp. In order to be eligible
You must be following FULSND Lifting Comp on Instagram or Facebook
You must have entered the event
The lift must have been performed during FULSND Online competition dates (23 November-2 December), and you must be able to verify this if requested
You will only be entered in the daily draw for the date you tagged/mentioned. There is no limit on how many of the 9 daily draws you enter

FULSND Online event Rules
You must have entered FULSND prior lifting, and all lifts must have been completed during the actual FULSND Competition period
All submissions must be filmed (see video guidelines below)
Any social media tags must be accompanied by a video to be entered in the daily draw
It is recommended but not required to include a video link when submitting results to Competition Corner. Please note if in the top (up to) 15 of your category however your submission will be checked and if you haven’t submitted a video, and are unable to produce one, your submission will be disregarded in final results
All athletes must be able to verify their bodyweight, date of lift completion and weight on the bar if requested
It is recommended to lift with coloured bumper plates where possible so the weight on the barbell is clear. If unable, please clearly show the weight on the bar in your video submission
Athletes can resubmit in the event they achieve a higher weight later in the week, provided it is before the submission deadline of Monday 2 December
It is athlete’s responsibility to ensure final submissions are compliant with all event rules; submission verification will only take place following the submission deadline and any athlete who’s submission is deemed ineligible will not be able to resubmit.
Technical Rules: Snatch
The lift must begin from the ground and be taken above the head in one motion
Athletes can only be connected to the bar with their hands (no straps)
Athletes are permitted to use protective sleeves, wraps, and belt if desired
So long as the bar goes overhead in one motion there is no minimum requirement for moving back under it; muscle, power (partial squat) and full (squat) variations are all permitted
The athlete must stand fully (straighten knees, feet in line) with the bar overhead and under control for it to be ‘completed’. If the bar is dropped behind or the athlete is still in the process of standing up or taking steps when they drop the bar this is considered an incomplete lift and will not be recognised
Technical Rules: Clean & Jerk
The lift must begin from the ground and be taken above the head in two motions; to the shoulders, and then from the shoulders to overhead. Note; if your mobility is such that the bar doesn’t touch your shoulders, you need to work on that. The bar moving to a space in front of your shoulders, or part way up your chest… is not it.
Athletes can only be connected to the bar with their hands (no straps)
Athletes are permitted to use protective sleeves, wraps, and belt if desired
In the clean, so long as the bar moves to the shoulders in one continuous motion there is no minimum requirement for moving back under it; muscle, power (partial squat) and full (squat) variations are all permitted. In the jerk, so long as the bar moves from the shoulders to overhead in one motion there is no minimum requirement for moving back under it; press, power jerk, split jerk and squat jerk variations are all permitted.
The athlete must stand fully (straighten knees, feet in line) with the bar overhead and under control for it to be ‘completed’. If the bar is dropped behind or the athlete is still in the process of standing up or taking steps when they drop the bar this is considered an incomplete lift and will not be recognised
Video Guidelines
The lift must be filmed on an angle between directly side on to directly in front of the athlete
The entire athlete and barbell must remain in frame throughout the lift, with the camera between 2-4 metres from the athlete
The video quality and lighting must be sufficient to clearly see the athlete and barbell
Film with a standard lens (ie not 0.5) and do not include any filters with video submissions
