WEIGHTLIFTING

  • Work with me 1-on-1 or join me at Kotahi Barbell Club in Hamilton with 5 coached team training sessions available every week. Programming is included with membership.

  • Work with me in a one-on-one or team capacity to support you in your weightlifting development from anywhere.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

  • Team training sessions to support athlete development and sports performance.

  • Remote or in-person 1-on-1 ongoing or coaching packages to support individuals

EDUCATION

  • Use my experiences and knowledge to upskill your team, students, coaches or business.
